At Lawnify, we aim to make the process of transforming your outdoor space as simple and hassle-free as possible. Once you’ve used our online instant calculator to receive your tailored quote, the next step is booking a survey. Here’s what to expect when one of our expert surveyors visits your property.
1. Double-Checking Measurements
The surveyor will begin by confirming the measurements provided online. They’ll assess the area in person to ensure the quote accurately reflects the size, shape, and any unique requirements of your garden or outdoor space.
2. Grass Samples to Suit Your Needs
To help you make the perfect choice, the surveyor will bring along a selection of grass samples. You’ll be able to see and feel the textures and styles up close, ensuring you’re completely happy with the product before proceeding.
3. Answering Your Questions
Have questions about the installation process, maintenance, or the best type of grass for your lifestyle? The surveyor will take the time to walk you through everything and address any concerns you may have. This is your opportunity to ensure all aspects of the project are fully understood.
4. Finalising Your Quote
Once the survey is complete, the surveyor will issue a digital quote confirmation. In 96% of cases, this quote will match the one provided by our online calculator. However, if any adjustments are needed based on the survey, the updated quote will reflect these changes transparently.
How Long Does a Survey Take?
A standard survey typically takes around 15 minutes, although larger or more complex areas may require up to 30 minutes.
Why a Survey is Important
The survey ensures that every detail is accounted for, from precise measurements to selecting the best grass for your needs. It’s a vital step in providing a seamless, stress-free installation experience, giving you complete confidence in the process and the final result.
