Artificial Grass Installation Yateley – Throgmorton Road

A tired front lawn, transformed

This front garden on Throgmorton Road in Yateley had a lawn that was struggling: thin, patchy grass and bare soil under the hawthorn tree, where nothing would grow in the shade and leaf litter.

The homeowner wanted a front garden that looked smart all year round without the constant battle. We installed 70m² of our Premium artificial grass.

The groundworks

This job needed more groundwork than most. The lawn runs alongside a stepped stone path, so we had to regrade and level the base so the new grass sits neatly against each step and the levels flow properly across the garden. We then laid a fully compacted sub-base and weed membrane before fitting the grass.

The installation

The Premium grass was laid across the full front garden, cut tight against the stepped path, the existing curved border edging and the hedge line, and finished neatly around the base of the hawthorn and weeping cherry trees.

The result

A lush, even front lawn that looks great from the street every day of the year, with no mowing, no bare patches and no mud. The customer is really happy with the finished garden.
