Titanium artificial grass installation for a small front garden in Sunninghill. A weed-choked patch between paving and a laurel hedge transformed into a pristine, zero-maintenance lawn by Lawnify.
Project Overview
From weed-choked patch to pristine front lawn
This small Sunninghill front garden had stopped working as a lawn. Squeezed between paving and a mature laurel hedge, it had been taken over by dandelions, moss and seeded weeds.
The homeowner wanted a hard-wearing, realistic artificial lawn that looked immaculate year-round and needed almost no maintenance. We specified our Titanium artificial grass – one of our most popular installs for front gardens.
The installation
We stripped out the existing growth, laid a fully prepared Type 1 MOT and grano dust sub-base, fitted a weed membrane, then installed and trimmed the Titanium grass tight to the paving and around the base of the liquidambar tree. One day on site, start to finish.
The result
A perfect-looking front lawn every day of the year. No mowing, no strimming, no weed killer, no muddy patches in winter – just a quick brush every few months.
