Artificial Grass Installation Bracknell – Kennel Lane
65sqm Divine artificial grass installation at Kennel Lane, Bracknell. A patchy, uneven lawn transformed into a practical, beautiful family garden for relaxing, playing and entertaining by Lawnify.
Project Overview
The homeowners at Kennel Lane in Bracknell wanted a garden that was both practical and beautiful, offering space for relaxing, playing, and entertaining without the ongoing hassle of lawn maintenance. Their existing grass struggled to cope with daily use and had become patchy and uneven.
We installed 65sqm of our 'Divine' artificial grass, one of our softest and most luxurious options, perfect for creating a comfortable and natural-looking garden. To complement the fresh new lawn, we also installed timber sleeper beds around the edges of the space, providing attractive raised borders for planting while adding depth and structure to the layout.
The project began with the removal of the old lawn, followed by our standard high-performance base preparation using compacted hardcore and grano dust to ensure stability and proper drainage. The grass was then carefully laid and cut to fit snugly around the new sleeper beds for a neat, polished finish.
The result is a clean, modern, and easy-to-maintain garden that looks fantastic all year round. With the addition of raised beds, the homeowners now have space to add seasonal planting and personalise their outdoor space even further.
As part of our ongoing sustainability commitment, we planted 65 trees through our partnership with Ecologi—one for every square metre installed.
From initially speaking with George at Lawnify after some recent works they completed at our local pub we knew the guys at Lawnify were the right guys for the job of bringing our own garden up to date and providing a low maintenance solution for us.
Lawnify customer, Bracknell
My wife and I both work full time and were struggling to keep on top of the garden, it was very uneven and boggy and with the recent addition of a garden office it meant that the walk back and forth to the office and house was destroying the grass, not to mention the amount of mud getting brought into both buildings.
We decided to go down the artificial route, after a short conversation with George, with him explaining the benefits of the various different types of grass available and what best would suit our needs we took the plunge and WOW what a transformation in only 3 days!
We now have a beautiful flat, level! bright garden space and we can’t wait to have some bbqs in the summer and have the kids playing on the lawn!
They also added some oak sleepers each side of the grass to create some beds for my wife to plant some low maintenance wild flowers etc.
George also very kindly built a raised base for our keter shed to sit upon so it didn’t affect the grass.
They are the friendliest and most polite trades people we have dealt with when completing home renovations, and constantly updating us with progress of their works, not to mention how clean they were and tidy, sweeping constantly and ensuring all mess was gone each day! PERFECT!
We are absolutely thrilled with the end result that Lawnify have provided us and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone considering artificial grass or landscaping. The service we have been provided was top notch and couldn’t find fault in any of their operations.
